As Project Lead and technical Product Owner, I staffed and lead a technical team of 15 developers and an annual project budget of >1.8 million EUR, developed conversational AI platform from ideation to production, served B2B for 12 business departments internationally; rolled out 3 productive applications E2E across BMW value chain from HR, Production to Sales, on time and within budget.

• 20+ Ideations, 12 PoCs, 6 MVPs, 3 Rollouts. Flagships: BMW Workplace Assistant, Recruiting Chatbot, Voice Assistant for Production Data Report, BMW Show Car etc.
• Lead Dev & Ops of BMW wide Conversational AI Platform based on a hybrid cloud architecture, which provide building blocks served different Chat & Voice Bot use cases.
• Lead an international Team of 15+ people including Cloud Architect, Frontend & Backend DevOps Engineering, NLP expert, UI Designer from Germany, South Africa, Indian and Romania, internal and external from Accenture.
• Strategic collaboration with technology companies, startups, and universities e.g., Microsoft, OpenAI, Rasa, Deepset, TU Munich, LMU.
• Coaching various bachelor and master students, one PhD candidate.
